I needed to step out today and get a couple things, and after being inside for so long now I thought it only appropriate to say I'm going bananas.

Well as we go into the Easter weekend it is unfortunate that the kids will be poached out of their Easter egg beating given that the Easter Bunny is in eggsolation, no yoke, talk about a bad hair day. Now if you kids are scrambling for a replacement idea, self beat yourself until you feel whipped. Hopefully there will be a sunny side soon until then take care and hope to see you soon.

Due to the Coronavirus pandemic and Alberta State of Emergency Energy Lake will be suspending all classes until further notice. While this is ongoing stay active, exercise and stretch as that will assist your immune system as it depends on muscle expansion and compression. Stay healthy and stay in touch.
