When experiencing the demands, pressures, challenges, problems, issues... in life, we can FREEZE-Shut Down, FLIGHT-Struggle to face circumstances or FIGHT-confront a circumstance with high intensity and lack of Control, often entangled up in th...e over thinking and struggle to manage our emotions When in today’s world we need to Upgrade our Software-RESPOND, to Stay BRIGHT , Switched In & Tuned In! To have a deeper awareness, like the second brain in the body, the gut instinct, intuition-being in-tune, calm and Responsive, to get the internal feedback we need to move through an experience. To understand we are not our Emotions, that Emotions are E-nergy in Motion, that’s it’s just a Process, developing our emotional intelligence. It’s like the Mind Believes but the Body Knows, like being in a Flow State. Brazilian Jiu Jitsu is a perfect example. We go through the thinking process to learn, then the body knows, like muscle memory, then getting our mind out the way we move and flow through the process, dealing with the pressure, staying in a responsive state, constantly learning solutions to every challenge!
