On snowy days, it’s very important to have proper winter attire such as gloves, a hat and a warm jacket. So many of us have several hats in our closet and don’t think much of it. During the winter months, the homeless have to deal with more than just the cold. They also have to deal with freezing rain, weather well below zero and intense winds.
