Hello everyone! Today I’m am pleased to announce the winners of the Get Snappin Kap Kig Iwan Photo Contest for the 2019/2020 ski season. This event was sponso...red by the Englehart Nordic Ski Club. The categories and winners are as follows; 1. People In The Park - Heidi Johnston Boulianne for her heart warming photo with her child learning to ski. 2. Wildlife In The Park - Catherine Hansson for her beautiful Blue Jay nestled in the pine cones. 3. Landscape Scenery - Kathy Foley for her spectacular photo of a waterfall in winter on the Englehart River. Congratulations to the winners and each of you will receive a beautiful Ski Buff (pictured), which features all of the Cross Country Ski Clubs in Northern Ontario, including our club! Many thanks to those of you who submitted photos to the contest and we hope to see everyone out again this coming winter to enjoy our beautiful park and all it has to offer. Enjoy your summer!

We have received an Ontario Parks update regarding Provincial Parks. Provincial Parks are now closed as of March 19th, 2020, until April 30th, 2020. The Ministry has directed Englehart Nordic Ski Club to cease operations in Kap-Kig-Iwan Park until April 30th, 2020. Unfortunately, this means that the trails will no longer be groomed, the chalet is closed and our ski season is over. Stay safe everyone & hope to see you next year.

More action shots from Fun Carnival Day at ENSC. Wonderful to see families & friends enjoying the outdoors. The Club loaned out over 40 sets of x country skis & snowshoes to people of all ages. Big thanks to our Team of volunteers to make the day a resounding success!
