Those who rejoice when one of the members of the team fails or when a whole project fails. 5. The lone rangers. 6. Those who bear tales about team members and spread negativity. 7. Those who would rather take advice from someone else other than the team leader or headship. 8. Those seeking esoteric knowledge, 'new revelations', signs, wonders and such. 9. Those who contest laid down authority. 10.Those who are proud and exhibit its symptoms. 11.Those who are greedy and have a more, more & more attitude and mentality. 12.Those who are incapable of gratitude for even the smallest of things not to talk of the big things. 13.Those who can't see the big picture but have acute myopia of the mind. 14.Those whose love of money, fame & wealth is unparalleled. Having a person in your organization or on your team exhibiting a few of the above traits will sink the boat in no time. If you do not jettison them pronto, there will be trouble in paradise.

In every paradise, the weakest link will always bite the apple. This causes everything to crash and paradise is lost. In the real world, it results in lost business, diminished opportunities & time wasted. To forestall this in any organization, group or business, that link must be identified and weeded out.
