In light of today's weather, tonight's registration night will be canceled. I will reschedule it for next Thursday, December 18th @7:00pm.

Why teach yoga to children instead of adults? For me, that's simple. I love love LOVE the confidence and happiness a child gains by the end of the class. Yoga is a place where children can meet and all be on the same level, they are all equal yet unique. Everyone is celebrated for who they are, physically, emotionally and intellectually. Registration starts tomorrow for our winter classes...spread the word:)

The power of positive self-talk is huge for children! It can make or break your child's/teens happiness and confidence. It also effects their relationships. This is why I spend ten minutes of each class working on a affirmation, which they will work on until we meet the next week.
