Do you participate in #meatlessmonday? Or maybe everyday is meatless for you. I am not a vegetarian but I would say 80% of my diet is plant based. I love vegetables & healthy foods not just because they are good for me. I actually enjoy them (weird right!?!) And 9 times out of 10 I will order the vegetitarian option when I eat out (rememberthe good old days). Today I made baked sweet potatoes topped with Moroccan Lentils & a lemon tahini sauce and a side ... I am always looking for new recipes to try. What are your favorite vegetarian recipes?

Anyone else desperately missing lipstick? Lipstick is my thing, my jam, my love....well besides heels. Out of all the things covid has changed, I am definitely not a fan of not being able to wear my favorite shade of hot pink. Now I have tried to still put it on but then I look like a child did my lipstick after I take off my mask. Which has lead me to walking around the house with hot pink lips just to feel a little more normal.... What are you missing?

This year has been nothing short of crazy but we are embracing and loving it. Yup you heard me... loving it! It has given us the time and opportunity to rework how we want to serve our clients. You may have noticed some of the changes but maybe missed a few. We just wanted to share where we are at. Starting off with the pic we just shared in this post our new logo!! If you have been in the shop lately you might have noticed our expansion of luxury organic beauty products..., to bring the spa home. We will be launching our own line of bar & liquid soaps and bath soaks (yeah) soon. Covid gave us a swift kick ass to up our online game. We launched our online store at shopenrapt.ca and we have a new website coming. Our virtually facials have exploded and kept us busy during the shut down. They went so well we are continuing to do them! Also it opened an new avenue of spreading our love of skincare with one on one virtual facials and skincare consults. Look what arrived today! The @foxandflowerdesign concrete geometrichexagon soy candles. We love the neutrality and beauty of simple concrete pieces, with black, white, and metallic foil accents. We love them even more when they're filled with soy wax candles, and crackle with their wooden wick when they burn. Approximate burn time is 50-60 hours.! When your candle is gone all containers are water sealed so they can be washed or repurposed when your candle is finished (dou...ble win) Pumpkin + Persimmon is just one of the amazing scents.

Today this girls turns 41! This picture is makeup & filter free, this is the real me and I am complete ok with it. Now, most women will never admit to their age or acknowledge it but my question is always why? Why is there such a stigma when it come to a women's age? I have a different view on age.bring that number on! The bigger the better. Every year when September 8th rolls around, I know I have experienced more, learned more, loved more and if that comes with one ...more candle on the cake, so be it. Every line on my face I have earned, no that doesn't mean I am going to stop trying to slow the aging process but I am 100% ok with getting older. At 41, the signs of aging are inevitable but like always I will be researching new ways to age gracefully. If you know me, I am not into using fillers, botox ect. (if you are all the power to ya) but for me, I just want to look good for my age.not 20.(hell I would never want to go back there lol) I have chosen to fight the aging process naturally, using organic products and I am taking it one step further this year. I have always been aware how food effects the body and the health of the skin but this year I am going to dive even deeper. The trend of ingestable skincare is becoming bigger and bigger and I couldn't be more excited! But there is one more thing I have decided to do. If you have ever had a facial with me, you know we talkn about food and your diet a lot. What is happening on the outside, starts on the inside. I have been obsessed with how food effects the body since my early 20's now it may of taken me 20 years but I decided to become Holistic Nutritionist to learn even more!
