These are strange times for all of us and therapy can help us feel empowered and connected as well as deal with the anxiety of the uncertain moments we are going through. Following the advice on social distancing with the purpose of reducing the amount of infections in Ontario, I have decided to continue providing my services online for this coming week. For this, I am providing sessions using an encrypted video conferencing system with which you do not need to download any program and just click on a link I will send you earlier on the day of your session.
