Last night at approx. 7:30pm we had a large outage in North Chatham due to an equipment failure. Crews were able to restore power by 8:10pm. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Ridgetown update: The majority of customers have now been restored. There is still a small section out of power in the South part of town due to a Hydro One broken pole. No ETR available at this time.

All customers affected by the pole fire in Wallaceburg this morning have now been restored. We appreciate your patience while crews made repairs to safely restore power.

The outage in Tilbury due to a pole fire will now affect approximately 500 customers for 30 minutes beginning at approximately 9:55 pm. We appreciate your patience.

Power has been restored to all Entegrus customs in Wallaceburg except approximately 22 customers on Earl St, these customers will remain out while crews replace the burnt pole, this is expected to take the majority of the day, thank you for your patience.

There will be an emergency outage in Tilbury starting at approximately 9:40pm due to a pole fire. The outage will affect approximately 500 customers for 5 minutes and 70 customers for 30 minutes. We appreciate your patience.
