The pandemic is taking its toll on everyone’s mental health. ESC has created ‘Sunshine Minutes’ to talk about things other than COVID-19. Sunshine Minutes are fun and creative ideas for our team to participate in while staying safe at home. They encourage practicing self care, often in an artistic format that can be shared with the whole team.
