Fonctions: Installer et configurer les ordinateurs et tout autre matériel informatique ou de télécommunication.... Faire l’évaluation technique et l’installation de divers logiciels. Faire la configuration des ordinateurs. Veiller au fonctionnement efficace des réseaux et des systèmes informatiques, selon les normes du Conseil. Travailler à l’optimisation du matériel et des logiciels de tout genre ainsi que les réseaux du Conseil. Effectuer toutes autres tâches assignées par le coordonnateur des TIC. Qualifications: Diplômé(e) d’un cours de trois ans en Sciences informatiques, traitement de l’information ou d’un programme d’informatique dans un établissement d’enseignement postsecondaire Combinaison de scolarité et d’expérience pertinente. Expérience: L’expérience dans le domaine de l’informatique est exigée. L’expérience dans le domaine de la programmation est un atout. Compétences Avoir une excellente connaissance des environnements et des systèmes d’exploitation des réseaux informatiques dont: TCP/IP, ETHERNET, Linux Enterprise, MS Windows, SCCM, AirWatch, Microsoft Azure Avoir une excellente connaissance des environnements utilisateurs dont : Systèmes d’exploitation variés, Linux, OSX Avoir une excellente connaissance de divers outils logiciels et matériels dont : SNMP et monitorage, testeurs de réseau. Avoir une excellente connaissance des logiciels dont : Google Suite, Microsoft Office et Office 365. Pouvoir travailler de façon autonome. Savoir travailler en équipe. Delesha was referred to us through a local workforce pandemic relief initiative called the Essential Workers Registry. A full-time student, she was looking for a job alongside her studies. Because she was looking to work as a personal support worker (an essential work during the pandemic), she was able to register for our services even as a full-time student. Delesha was living in Brampton at that time, but was looking to relocate. We were able to help her find a job in Winds...or, where she now works and resides. A message from Delesha: "The pandemic shifted everything for me. I was excited to complete university and start my career as a Child and Youth Care Practitioner while pursuing my master’s in social work. I was actively searching the internet for job offers when my resumes went on answered. I started to panic because I could not land an interview. One day I went on the internet, and I saw this employment agency in my search feed. I decided to give it a go and see if they could help me land an interview in Windsor. At this time, I was living in Brampton. I thought to myself, if all else fails, I hope they can help me. To my surprise, I got a call after a few weeks from Collège Boréal’s Employment Options. They set up a meeting on Zoom to get to know me and what I wanted to do. Employment Options was eager to assist me in finding a job in Windsor at that time, as looking to relocate in the middle of the pandemic and finding a job at the same time was tedious. Still, Employment Options came through for me. I am so happy and grateful for their assistance today. I am working part-time with full-time hours. Merci Aurélie de nous avoir partagé ton histoire du succès. Bravo de la part de toute l'équipe! Je me nomme Aurélie. Je suis infirmière de profession depuis 16 ans au Québec. J’ai déménagé à Windsor il y’a 1 an. Depuis mon arrivée, j’ai entamé une recherche active d’emploi qui n’a pas été fructueuse pour moi du fait que j’ai un niveau d’anglais très limité. Sans me décourager, j’ai décidé de prendre des cours d’anglais et de rejoindre Options Emploi du Collège Boréal. Par ...la suite, en février 2020, j’ai fait la rencontre d’une personne très spéciale (douce et patiente) et aussi très professionnelle nommée Mirvat. On a travaillé ensemble pour la rédaction de mon CV. Ensuite, elle transférait mon CV aux potentiels employeurs toujours dans le but de m’aider à décrocher un emploi. Par la suite, j’ai reçu des appels pour passer des entrevues. Étant inquiète pour mon anglais limité, j’ai été rassurée par cette dernière qui m’a préparée pour passer les entrevues. J’ai reçu des documents de sa part toujours pour me préparer et aussi on a pratiqué une stimulation d’entrevue au téléphone à la veille d’une entrevue. Grâce à cette généreuse et chaleureuse personne (Mirvat), j’ai réussi à décrocher un emploi au Chateau Park Long Term Care Centre. Je suis très contente de son aide. Merci, merci et encore merci à Mirvat et aussi au Collège Boréal qui nous aident à nous réaliser. C’est une très belle expérience pour des personnes qui sont à la recherche d’emploi. Je peux aussi ajouter que le Collège Boréal est une très bonne référence pour les francophones ici à Windsor.
