My first attempt at homemade Butternut squash soup! Pretty darn good! Cubed a squash, cut up an onion, an apple, 3 garlic cloves and 2 carrots. Added some Epicure Rosemary and garlic, SPG (salt, pepper, garlic)black pepper, cayenne, thyme.
