I woke up this morning. Sore. My back hurt. My inner right thigh was sore. First thought. Don’t ride today. Rest. ... Second thought. What!?!? You take a day off, then you will take more and be right back where you were a month ago! . So instead, I chose a low impact ride. It felt AMAZING! I didn’t push it. But when done, felt good so did a 10 minute arm tone class as well. . I would have been pissed at myself. Those days you feel like giving up. Shutting down. Taking a break.
