epic pumpkin seeds. Omg. I soaked my seeds in a salt brine overnight. Drained them and let them dry for an hour. In a preheated 325f oven, drizzle your raw seeds with olive oil, and give them a generous grind of our Epic All Purpose seasoning. ... Roast them for 30-40 minutes, or until golden and crispy.
