Some may look at this pic and say things like "your fat", "how could you post this", "lose weight" etc.... I am posting this because I once was a victim... A victim of verbal, physical, mental and emotional abuse. I am now a survivor of all that abuse! I have come a long way in my life, if someone could walk one day in my shoes of the past would understand this. Yet we are not in the past, we are in today, looking forward for tomorrow! I started my journey April 1st 2020. I... have had many ups and a lot more downs. I will admit I've fallen off my healthy lifestyle more then once. Yet that does not make me a failure. It makes me human! The point I'm trying to make here is that, loving yourself takes a lot of work and won't happen overnight. You will hit bumps in the road, and take a few curve ball hits...
