The Narrows is a unique hike that takes you upstream through the virgin river. The narrow canyon walls rise thousand feet above you creating an ominous experience, and high flash flood risk. This is our adventure at one of Zion's most popular hikes.

With a new year right around the corner, it's only fitting to look back and see what the previous year had planned for us. 2020 brought with it a shit storm of unexpected events that have changed the world and effected every one of our lives. When looking back, we hope we can all find a few moments that make us smile and remind us to stay positive going forward. Here's our top 5 unexpected moments from our year of hikes and adventures!

Hiking the subway from the bottom up is a great way to see beautiful cascades and waterfalls as well as the lower subway’s unique rock formations. The hike is non-technical, but you will get wet. In winter months cold water protection such as a dry suit is necessary.

The Via Ferrata at Mount Norquay is a unique experience in the Banff area. There are various tours with different difficulty levels and each one has stunning views and provides an exhilarating adventures.
