Thanks to one of my awesome cousins, she was able to provide me with some great pictures of her first and successful attempt at making pickled onions. It was a hit.... thanks Kristien Now all i have to get is the spice to try myself. Epicure spice called Quickles.... looks interesting

I made the Nacho Cheese Dip for our New Years celebrations and it was a hit. Definitely needs to make that one again.

Great dip... 1 block of cream cheese 1/2 cup sour cream 1/4 cup mayo 1/4 cup miracle whip... 1 tbsp everything bagel 1 tbsp 3 onion 1 cup of grated cheese Bake @375 for 20-30 minutes
