You're probably wondering where your order is! Epicure is not currently able to ship orders in their usual 2-3 day time frame that you're used to. Social distancing requirements of 6' between people initially slowed our ship time to 5-6 days out of the warehouse. Now we're experiencing 300+% volume (in my Org) due to everyone cooking and eating at home. It's craziness! We are currently shipping out ~May 9-14th orders. We've hired 75 staff, have more coming on, and are shipp...ing 7 days a week 20 hrs a day, but the volume is just SO high! EVERYONE needs their Epicure right now to help them cook quick, easy meals at home! Your Epicure IS coming - although a few weeks slower than our previous, non-covid times, normal.
