****Shipping Update**** We expect all of May orders to be cleared by the week of July 6th. Going forward, early July orders in Canada will still have a 4-5 week shipping time plus delivery. This will decrease time 2-3 weeks by the end of July and 2 weeks in August. Our standard shipping times for Canada of 3-5 days will resume by the end of August.

IMPORTANT UPDATE Epicure has seen a HUGE increase in sales (the last 17 days has seen as much sales as we would see in a 3-6 month period!) This has caused delays in getting product to you. This is not normal, and it will not last forever. Promise! ... What Epicure is doing to help the situation: Hiring 60 new staff to process orders Temporarily reducing the selection of products available, until all of this Covid stuff is behind us (so, an indefinite amount of time.) What this means for you: If you already have an order in, it will be honoured, even if it has products that will not be available soon. If you have host credits to spend, you have an extra 30 days to spend them, in case you’re waiting to spend them on items such as the wok, or anything else with an unknown return date. Some products are currently available, but running low, meaning that you need to get them while you can.
