We had an amazing dessert over the fire last night. Thank you @dropcaramelco for a decadent caramel sauce and @lovely.canmore for a gourmet Icecream! Recipe for 2 persons: Sautéed 2 quartered galas apples seeded and cored with butter in a cast iron pan, until softened, add 2 tablespoons of Drop caramel sauce, stirring for 2mins, flambée with 2oz of brandy, serve with 1 scoop or two of your favourite flavour of Lovely Icecream. Bon appétit!
