New Year's Eve menu: Cheesy Lasagna Dip Ingredients 1 block (8 oz/250 g) light cream cheese, at room temperature 1 tbsp Rosemary Garlic Seasoning, or your favo...urite Epicure seasoning or dip mix 12 lb (225 g) lean ground beef 12 pkg Speedy Lasagna Seasoning (Pkg of 3) 1 can (14 oz/398 ml) crushed tomatoes 1 cup shredded mozzarella Toppings (optional): chopped fresh basil or Italian parsley Preparation In a bowl, stir together cream cheese and Rosemary Garlic Seasoning. Set aside. In Multipurpose Steamer, combine ground beef and Speedy Lasagna Seasoning. Cover; microwave on high at 1 min intervals, using the Ground Meat Separator to break apart large chunks, until cooked through, 2 min. Stir in crushed tomatoes and cream cheese mixture. Cover; microwave on high at 1 min intervals, stirring well in between, until cheese melts and dip is hot, 2 - 3 min. Sprinkle with mozzarella; microwave, uncovered, for 1 min or until cheese melts.

A delicious twist on a traditional cheese ball. Ingredients 1 pkg (8 oz/250 gr) light cream cheese 12 cup grated low-fat cheddar cheese... 2 tsp Mango Curry Dip Mix 12 cup mango chutney 1 cup chopped pecans 2 tsp 3 Onion Dip Mix Preparation Soften cheeses to room temperature and blend with Mango and Curry Dip Mix. Form into a ball. In a separate bowl, blend together remaining ingredients. Coat the cheese ball with this mixture. Refrigerate for a few hours, or overnight. Remove from fridge a half-hour before serving with crackers.
