We'll never waffle on our love for Summer Berry gluten free waffles! Get the recipe and celebrate #WaffleDay in the most delicious way! Summer Berry Waffles Ing...redients 1 cup Easy Peasy Bagel, Pancake & Waffle Mix 5 tbsp Summer Berry Sweet Dip Mix, divided 1 egg 34 cup milk or non-dairy milk 1 tbsp oil + more for oiling 2 cups 2% plain Greek yogurt or non-dairy yogurt Toppings (optional): Maple syrup, fresh berries or chopped fruit Preparation Preheat oven to 425 F. Place Waffle Mold on Sheet Pan and generously oil. In a bowl, whisk together waffle mix, 3 tbsp dip mix, egg, milk, and oil. Divide batter evenly between molds. Bake for 15 min. Meanwhile, in a small bowl stir yogurt with 2 tbsp dip mix. To serve, place waffles on plate and top with yogurt dip. Drizzle with syrup and add berries, if using.

Anyone else more than ready for the weekend? Skip the takeout line and dine in on a Tex-Mex inspired meal that delivers with good food flavour. Saucy Queso Ch...icken Ingredients 1 lb (450 g) boneless, skinless chicken breasts, about 2 1 pkg Ooey Gooey Queso Dip Mix, divided 12 tbsp oil 1 12 cups milk, your choice 12 cup grated cheddar cheese 12 avocado 1 lime Toppings (optional): crushed tortilla chips, pickled jalapenos, Poco Picante Salsa Preparation To thinly slice chicken, place one hand on one breast and press down firmly. Curve fingers up slightly for safety. Carefully slice meat horizontally. Repeat with the remaining chicken. You should have four pieces in total. Season chicken with 1 tbsp Hot Dip mix. Heat oil in a large frypan over medium-high heat. Add chicken; cook 45 min per side until golden brown and cooked through. Meanwhile, prepare queso sauce. In Multipurpose Steamer, whisk remaining Hot Dip mix with milk. Microwave, uncovered on high for 45 min, or until thickened. Whisk halfway through cooking. Remove from microwave. Stir in grated cheddar. Thinly slice the avocado. Cut the lime into quarters. To serve, spoon queso sauce over chicken, top with avocado and lime. Add additional toppings, if desired.

Season them with fresh lemon juice, garlic, Souvlaki Seasoning, and salt and pepper, serve them up with grilled ch...icken and veggies for a #BetterThanTakeout side that will become an instant family favourite. Oven Roasted Greek Potatoes 13 cup olive oil 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice 1 garlic clove, crushed 2 tsp Souvlaki Seasoning Sea Salt (Grinder), to taste Black Pepper (Grinder), to taste 1 tsp dried mint 4 large potatoes, scrubbed, cut in wedges Preparation Whisk 7 first ingredients together. Coat potatoes with marinade. Bake in a shallow baking pan at 400 F (205 C). for 35 minutes, or until golden.
