What was for supper tonight?? Tonight I made stuffed Chicken Breast, Rice and Corn. It was super yummy and a really nice change! My recipe for stuffed chicken:... 1/2 block Cream Cheese 1 tbsp Mayo 2 tsp Epicure Spinach Dip 1 tsp Epicure Lemon Dilly 1 tbsp Epicure Better than Bacon 1/2 cup Chopped Spinach Mix together well. Cut Chicken Breast in half and add in filling - I did about 2 heaping tbsp of filling. Depends on your size of Chicken breast. Rice 1 cup Rice 2 cups chicken broth 1 tsp Epicure Spinach Dip
