My favourite restaurant big salad is Boston Pizza’s Crispy Chicken Pecan Salad. Here’s my take, at about half the calories! Sub out the 3 chicken fingers for 2 chicken nuggets and add an extra egg for protein, and use Epicures Creamy Ranch dressing mix and you have yourself an easy meal that’s filling, delicious and nutritious! #betterthantakeout
