Rotisserie Chicken, Oven Fries, Salad and Swiss Chalet Dipping Sauce

Turn Caesar Dressing into a #BetterThanTakeout burger! Caesar Smash Burger 1 tsp oil 1 lb (450 g) lean ground beef... 2 12 tbsp Caesar Dressing Mix, divided 14 cup each 2% plain Greek yogurt and light mayonnaise 1 clove garlic, optional 1 large tomato 12 small red onion 4 lettuce leaves 4 burger buns Toppings (optional): Parmesan cheese slices Preparation In a large fry pan, heat oil over medium-high heat. Meanwhile, in a bowl, combine ground beef and 2 tbsp dressing mix. Form into four pucks (do not form patties). Add pucks to pan, leaving enough room to smash them down. Work in batches, if necessary. Using a spatula, press down on each puck until they’re smashed and thinned out. Cook 34 min per side, or until the edges start to brown. To make sauce, combine yogurt, mayonnaise, and remaining 12 tbsp dressing mix. Finely chop garlic clove and whisk in, if using. Set aside. Cut tomato into thick slices; slice onion into rings. Spread sauce on top and bottom buns. Place patty on bottom bun; top with tomato, onion, and lettuce. Cover. https://shirleymount.epicure.com/en-ca/search/products
