Dear Friends and Patrons, We had re-opened since Tuesday May 19th, 2020 following our BC Government and Provincial Health Officer announcements that we are now in Phase 2 for Covid-19 allowing us to resume or reopen our business. We hope everyone is safe. ... Just a few new normal guidelines: 1. Please book first an appointment if you are coming in for a controllable physical distancing inside our store. 2. Come wearing with your personal non-medical face mask. 3. If you are sick, having fever, with cough, difficulty in breathing please stay at home and call to reschedule your appointment. Your health and the public’s health is more important. We are cooperating with our BC Government to help fight the spread of Covid-19 and we are doing our part as your vision health provider. We are now resuming serving your vision health benefits again so come and see us soon ok?!

New Normal Advisories/ Optical Business Protocol for everyone! 1. Customer traffic and accommodation is now in place at the store while Covid -19 is still present. 2. We are allocating at least a 10 - 15 minutes minimum time interval in between appointments for cleaning and sanitation. 3. Please wear your personal masks when coming in for your scheduled appointments (much preferred). Face shields wearing are also encouraged. ... 4. Hand sanitizers and physical distancing is now being practice at our store. We have procured social distancing foot decals and anti sneeze protective glasses for our counters and desks and they’ll be part of our store operations in customer face to face interactions. 5. We’ll try to accommodate every customers as everyone is trying to avail now their prescription eyeglasses in this perceived open window in between Covid 19 wave 1 and the feared wave 2. 6.
