Both the Ontario and Quebec parts of our diocese have recently learned of further government restrictions regarding the pandemic. Be assured that worship prepar...ed according to our diocesan Red Stage protocols are compliant with these increased provincial restrictions. In addition, be aware and abide by any additional orders from your local health unit. May you and your community share in the deep mysteries of this most holy week, and be blessed with new life in the risen Lord.

Don't be left behind! Watch Gillian's fascinating interview with Chunson on our YouTube channel (see link below) and learn what drives our beloved organist. And are you still hard at work devising a catchy name for Gillian's interview series? We've received some super entries (thanks!) but are extending the deadline until this *Wednesday* to help you last-minute folks. Winner announced (and chocolate prize delivered) this weekend. Big thanks to Rev Alana McCord for all she’s done for us here at Epiphany. We wish her well as she continues her ministry at St Paul’s in Kanata.

Lent Madness Continues with DAY TWO. Congratulations! You have successfully made it to day two of Lent Madness 2021. If Lent Madness is part of your Lenten discipline this year - and we sincerely hope it is - you're doing great so far! Our competition continues today with an intriguing matchup between Miguel Pro and Constantine. You might say there are PROS and CONS to be weighed as you decide for whom to cast your vote. In yesterday's opening matchup, Camillus de Lellis trou...nced Matthias in a Biblical beatdown 71% to 29% to advance to the Saintly Sixteen. If you'd like to see an updated bracket, you can simply visit the Bracket Tab each day. Bracket Czar Adam Thomas updates it daily for your viewing pleasure. He also shares links to each previous battle, which comes in handy when you seek a refresher in the later rounds. Speaking of brackets, in case you missed the incredible peg doll video featuring all 32 saints in this year's bracket created by the talented team at the Cathedral of St. James in South Bend, Indiana, you can watch it here. Seriously. Do yourself a favor and revel in two minutes of joy that we could all surely use. Finally, don't forget to tune in tomorrow for the ONLY Saturday matchup of Lent Madness as Tarcisius takes on Egeria. A Collect for Harvest Thanksgiving: Creator of the fruitful earth, you made us stewards of all things. Give us grateful hearts for all your goodness,... and steadfast wills to use your bounty well, that the whole human family, today and in generations to come, may with us give thanks for the riches of your creation. We ask this in the name of Jesus Christ the Lord. See more

Today is Orange T-Shirt Day. September 30 a day for spreading awareness about Canada's residential school system and to honour residential school survivors and their families. https://www.cbc.ca//orange-shirt-day-campaign-fundraisers- The day is named for the bright orange shirt given to six-year-old Phyllis Webstad by her grandmother in 1973, which she wore to her first day at St. Joseph Mission School in Williams Lake, B.C. The school administrators took it from her.
