VACCINE!!.... Message EPUBC if you would like your name to be added... The Preston Township vaccine clinic will be held on Tues. and Wed. April 13 & 14th at New Beginnings Church to be followed with the second date in July. Our clinics are geared to folks who are 55+ in age from the Township communities. This will be the Pfizer vaccine if anyone is curious. We will need to send a list of people in our community 55+ who are looking to get the vaccine to ABSW. They will then... follow up with the residents to register them for the clinic. Would you folks be able to start reaching out to people in the community 55+ to see if they would like to be registered for the clinic and receive the vaccine? I would need their names and phone number. They will also need volunteers to help out at the clinic, so if you could think about and ask anyone who might be willing to do that, or if you would be available, please let me know and I’ll pass it along. Would we be able to work on this over the coming week and send me the lists of contact info by next Saturday April 3rd so that I can compile it and send off to Veronica etc. Let me know how you feel about this and if you have any questions etc. Thanks Deacon Andrew Howe

Pastor New Year’s Greetings and Thank you I greet you all in the name of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ! To Minister Debbie Simmonds, Minister Beverley States, Members of the Deacon Board and the congregation as a whole. As your Interim Pastor, I want to express my sincere thanks and appreciation to all of you for the wonderful flowers and gift from the church. And to the many members of the congregation who have dropped off gifts, cards and flowers at my home. It really li...fted my spirits as we celebrated the birth of Jesus with Hope, Peace, Joy and Love during this holiday season. There's a beautiful scripture I would like to share with you that no doubt you have read or sung at one point in your walk with the Lord. Psalm 118:24 says, This is the day the LORD has made; We will rejoice and be glad in it. While I have little doubt that the vast majority of us are happy to see the year 2020, in the rear-view mirror, so to speak, we know that the simple changing of a calendar will not fix everything wrong in our world. However, we know a man who can, and His name is Jesus Christ our Savior, if we put our trust in Him. At the dawn of the New Year, we give thanks to Almighty God, for his constant watch over us during the year that has passed in regards to the many pleasant, or unpleasant things that we may have encountered or experienced along the way. The fact that we are alive, would suggest that there is hope. This hope, is a firm assurance, based on the promises that God himself has given for all who will put their trust in Him. Our Wednesday morning prayer team of 16, has decided to become prayer partners. Each Wednesday between 10:00am and 11:00am, we will pick up the phone and call each other to pray. For a God given vision for our Church, our Community, that souls will be saved, and for unity so we may grow stronger together as a congregation in 2021. This has already started and will continue until the end of March 2021. I am inviting all members of this church to do the same. There is power in prayer, let’s all choose a prayer partner, I guarantee you will see results. May God grant you the riches of His fullness this coming year and beyond. May you discover and enjoy His peace even in the midst of the storms. The storms will come and will past, God did not promise to stop the storms. What He did promise, is that He will never leave us or forsake us. We can be assured of His promise, for whatever He has promised, He will perform. Be blessed in His presence as we go forward serving God in the year of 2021. We hope to be back in fellowship soon. Happy New Year to all of you, may you be blessed. Rev. Dr. Joyce Ross Interim Pastor EPUBC

Good Evening Everyone: Please see the following notification which is being forwarded to you as per the request of Rev. Dr. Joyce Ross, As you are probably aware, today's COVID-19 update came with many new restrictions on gathering limits and social circles within the HRM and surrounding areas. Therefore, a decision was rendered by Rev. Dr. Joyce Ross and the EPUBC Deacon Board, that, effective immediately, all EPUBC Church Services and other planned activities will be postp...oned for the next two weeks as the Building will be closed. This decision was made to maintain the safety and well being of everyone, and in accordance with the Public Health Guidelines. The situation will continue to be monitored and the date for re-opening will be provided as soon as the information becomes available. Thanking you in advance for your continued cooperation. In the meantime, continue to Be Blessed and Stay Safe! Ruby for Rev. Dr. Joyce Ross Interim Pastor
