While self-control and choice are necessary skills in life, it's often hard to describe these high-level concepts to children - let alone teach them how to possess these skills. . In Super Miraculous Me! our main character, Wokie the Wize Wizard, helps children understand by calling the belly button our "transformer button." Wokie inspires and empowers children when they are feeling yucky, to hit that transformer button for a more positive mindset.

Remember every day to be a YIPPEE and not a YUCKY. In the Super Miraculous Me! book, we use the words YIPPEE and YUCKY to describe a child's emotions. When they are in a good mood they are a YIPPEE but when they are in a bad mood they are a YUCKY.

Meet Cheryl Wowk the founder of EQ Evolution and author of Super Miraculous Me! Cheryl’s 45-year career as a teacher and school counsellor has afforded her the opportunity to live her life on purpose by sharing her passion for youth development at all levels - Elementary, Middle/Junior High and Secondary. . Cheryl has a Bachelors of Education General and attended the University of Regina in Saskatchewan and Laval University in Quebec. She has been an educator in Regina, Lethbridge and Red Deer and feels privileged and blessed to have worked with so many incredibly unique and special young miracles and their families during her lifetime.
