Please come with masks, keep social distanced and know that we're trying to make sure there is enough for everyone. If you can't get to a site due to isolation or quarantining, please call 211 to request a delivery. At the Evergreen location, we'll be handing out the bags from our van, so keep an eye out! Do NOT come to the pick up sites. 211 will arrange delivery and Roots will connect with the RFDA to provide packages.

This is the last week to donate your gently used winter coats. A box has been placed at the office where you can drop off your donations. We would like to thank you in advance for supporting this great cause. #eqeagles #tbcschools

Halloween 2020 at E.Q. Jennings will look a little different, however we're still going to make the most of it! Our school will be wearing costumes! Please note some of the changes to our usual Halloween festivities. These considerations have been made in conjunction with the Thunder Bay District Health Unit. A costume mask is not a substitute for a required face covering and should not be worn over a face covering as it may make it difficult to breathe. Families should co...nsider minimizing their child's costume in order to promote comfort as families are reminded that students will not be able to get dressed in their costumes at schools. Students must arrive and depart from school with their costumes on and will not be permitted to change in and out of costumes throughout the day. There will only be classroom cohort celebrations. Please do not send any homemade treats to be shared. Family treats will not be permitted for distribution however, individuals may pack their own treats for a snack for their child. Activities will be done within the classroom cohort, adhering to all public health measures. We would like to thank you in advance for all of your cooperation.
