During one of his appointments, Dax had a rotated pelvis. We were able to correct the rotation by the end of the sessionand from the expression of his ears down to the way he was standing, it was clear that he was much more comfortable. It’s so rewarding to be able to help these animals in a way that impacts them so dramatically.

Even when not used in conjunction with other modalities, kinesiology taping has fantastic benefits. Xavier had been experiencing some back and lumbar discomfort, and started experiencing relief the instant the tape was applied. It is truly fascinating to watch the entire body adapt and release as a result of the taping.

What an incredible visual representation of what hard work and a regular bodywork program can do. Same horse, photos taken 3 years apart. The top photos were taken in 2017 as Xavier was beginning to rehab from a fractured pelvis, and the bottom photos are from a few weeks ago. Xavier has experienced every modality that we offer (massage, kinesiology taping, light therapy, SureFoot pads) to support his intensive rehabilitation programand he has made incredible progress. ... 3 years, several injuries, a surgery, and hundreds of rehabilitation hours later: Xavier is now back in full work and is sounder than he was even before his first injury!

The SureFoot stability program is fantastic for triggering relaxation, increasing postural stability, and increasing body awareness. The unstable foam surfaces challenge the horse’s balance and activates the postural muscles in the thoracic slingwhich are difficult to access with other techniques.
