#findingourway I feel like the world is constantly influx with covid right now. The uncertainty is getting to us. Our kids are suffering, our livelihoods our suffering, the world is grieving and that's a hard place to be. Like the waves though we are finding a way! I'm spending more time in nature my favourite place to be. Letting my emotions out because the anger phase of grief is hard for me and I'm spending time providing healing for all those that need it. Breathe...one of he simple things we can do that comes naturally to us. It’s instinct. Yet somehow we forget to do it! Under times of stress we tend to hold our breath instead of exhaling. Breathing has so many benefits. It helps calm the mind, nervous system, increases lung capacity, blood circulation, relieve stress and increases energy. I think we are all facing some level of COVID fatigue and we all face stress in our day to day life. This is something you can control. Ju...st Breathe. Set aside 2 minutes in your day to sit comfortably and breathe. Inhale through your nose and exhale out your mouth. Slowly and equally inhale for a count of 2 and exhale for a count of 2.
