This video is true for all bike models but that's just the saddle height. There are two other saddle adjustments - the saddle tilting downwards will cause the rider to be pushing themselves back onto the seat as they will be sliding forwards with every pedal and if tilting too far upwards, will cause discomfort for both male and female riders - the saddle placed too far forward will mean the rider's knee is ahead of the pedal or if the saddle placed too far rearward will mean the rider's knee is behind the pedal. The knee must be directly plumb above the axle of the pedal when the cranks are level to the ground to get maximum power transfer!
