Good morning all, home buyers CMHC made a impactful announcement yesterday. They have decreased the GDS(Gross Debt Service Ratio) and TDS(Total Debt Service Ratio) from 39/44 down to 35/42. This can impact a home buyers purchasing power. Changes take affect July 1st. If you are considering purchasing a home and have less than 20% down this will be something that you'll want to speak with me about.
