One of my favourite photos of my last 10 days of kids camp. I’m observing myself being taken back to my own childhood. I don’t have any kids, and I don’t spend much time with kids. But the ones I do get to hang out with glow my heart.... I’m not sure if it’s the presence of kids or if I can blame the planets .... or... the stillness of my own sessions where I finally took some time off to integrate what I’ve been observing in and for others. Knowing full well that every single time I observe a session for someone else, I too am observing myself and watching changes and shifts within. In this work, in the quantum field, there is no other. What’s come up the strongest for me is my level of awkwardness. The feeling of clumsiness, and inadequacy. The feeling that others know and have it figured out and I don’t. I had forgotten this feeling. But for some reason, now, it comes back for me to look at. The spiral brings me back. At 41 , a gift to replay and do differently from a much more aware perspective. Eyes more open maybe. Now, the biggest challenge is the voice of harsh judgment on myself. These two grey horses have come into my life to remind me to play again. The kids have come into my life to show me that it really is a journey . There is no destination and a worthy way to throw thoughts around is to ponder the definition of compassion, love, and grace. Because in the heart of hearts, not too far in there, we are ALL that child who is thrown into a GIANT world of awkward adults who never fully gave themselves the chance to revisit their own growth through the eyes of true love and compassion. I work with ALL sentient beings whether you have an animal in your life or you have questions about OR for yourself that you may need some clarity or guidance through health/ career/ relationship/ etc....we will move any stickiness that’s keeping you all from your highest potential! A big awareness right now during these liminal times. Where all we have known has crumbled or still in the process of crumbling. Where we are being asked to deepen our relationship to and with Self so that we can have more access to our go by feel or intuition. This is where the animals and nature are our allies. They invite us to quiet every aspect of ourselves if we choose to truly BE with them and listen to the subtlety of deeper Soul movements.... I felt called to the Bison yesterday to just feel their presence. It felt like they had a frequency to help my body receive the gifts of change. Sometimes communication means silence. There is not always information that we need to know being exchanged. What animals or parts of Nature call you to just BE with them? This is a photo off the web.
