Working on a special project with my favourite practitioners @andiekalifer and @healthwithcare p.s. @wellbynd is still open but I will be reducing in-person visit hours during the extended lockdown!

A few lil changes It’s been just under two years running Well BYND - with one of those years having to quickly pivot and learn how to navigate my business through a pandemic. And while I sympathize with the many small businesses that have had a super rough go this year, I am truly blessed to have watched both my practice and clinic grow in so many new ways I could have ever imagined We lost the ability to host small events and continue offering certain services but we gai...ned a new perspective on treating patients virtually and creating products to support our community through it all. Not gonna lie - I’m exhausted. I feel it in my body, I physically see it on my skin, and now my blood work is showing it (and that’s when the reality that you are not a working robot machine hits!) But when you work for something you love and are truly passionate about, it becomes easy to justify sacrificing sleep, meals, and even your health! So I’ve decided to do some shifting and resetting As of January 1st, I will no longer be seeing patients out of Inklein Health Klinic. This was an extremely hard decision to make but I will continue to see patients both virtually and at Well BYND. I will also be taking the next week (Jan 4 to Jan 9th) off to DO ME There will be lots of 2021 planning, face masks, naps, movement....and many other Basic B activities I have some fun ideas and plans to roll out for 2021 that I’m excited to share with you all! New Years will surrreeee look different this year Let’s all start pumping those positive vibes out to the universe
