This morni...ng, New Democrats once again asked for all MPPs to support urgent changes to make schools safer including: cap class sizes at 15, institute a comprehensive in-school COVID-19 testing program, and improve air quality in schools. I'm disappointed that once again the Ford govt voted against our positive, urgent changes to make schools safer.

Today, Mr. Ford insisted on a false choice saying he can’t step up protections to stop the spread of COVID-19 because it will mean ruining the lives of busine...ss owners. There is nothing stopping him from protecting small business with direct supports AND taking urgent public health measures. But Ford doesn’t like the price tag that comes with keeping every Ontarian safe and secure.
