Throughout the training, we had a first glance into the new system we will be using this year. We finished the day off with an online escape room, yes an escape room online! It was hosted by a small business in Kitchener by the name of Adventure rooms, which finished the... day off by challenging our intuition. The satisfaction of seeing the transformation that happens with the before and after. The moment the homeowner gets to come out and see it for the first time is something I always look forward too. . . . Q: What's your favorite part of the service day? A: The time I most enjoy is actually that feeling when you see the job almost done and begin to see the difference that is has made and wanting to get it done so that I can show the homeowner the final product. . . .
