Including considering a re-finance, or pulling equity out, etc. With the US likely approving its massive stimulus package and the vaccine roll-out accelerating, bond rates have spiked and banks are now considering raising fixed rates (already happened with a few). Now, let's not be dooms-day-ish at all... this likely mean...s in the 2%-3% range, still historically fabulous... BUT if you can protect a sub-2% rate by locking in now, DO IT!
