*** Don't fall for this!! *** Maybe you have seen these signs or received letters by snail mail offering to buy your house with all kinds of flexibility on the terms i.e. closing date, "as is" condition and minimal people through. It is a very strong seller's market right now and you shouldn't have any problem selling a house quickly even if it needs renovations. Let me do a market analysis for you and see how that potential sale price compares to what you are told by the ...sign/letter people. At least then you are making an educated decision. Cleaning and repairing is always a great idea when selling but in this market your house would likely sell "as is" if that is how you prefer to do it and you can have the closing date that works for you. If you are concerned about Covid and having people through your house, know that agents are only showing houses to serious, pre approved buyers and are taking all Covid safety precautions possible. The best way to get the most money for your house is to have as many qualified buyers know your house is available and also give them the opportunity to see it. This likely will result in competing offers where buyers make their highest offer with the least # of conditions. Let me use my tools and strategies to get the word out and encourage multiple offers. I can't offer to pay your mortgage between now and the closing date (who knows the sign/letter people's terms and conditions on this), but I can say that your house will likely be sold for a great price in just a few weeks.
