On Thursday April 1st, no fooling we will be adding Swedish Rye Bread with fennel and annis seed by Wendy K. And white dinner buns in the pm!!!!! Cinnamon buns each morning from tuesday to friday and other tasty treats (except Good Friday), and combine the treats with a delicious cup of coffee or tea!

You know it! We have fresh hot cross buns ! Thanks Wendy K. ! Ready for Easter open until 5 o'clock today and 10 a.m. , we are closed on Good friday. Enjoy!

Welcome to Peter Harvey, from Green Bluff Mills, an additional baker to help with the requests for artisan bread. Tuesdays will be bread days, adding Saturday mornings closer to summer! This tuesday features Golden Harvest Bread (Honey & Whole wheat). Some basic Paska will also be featured while supplies last. He has a passion for hand crafted bread from local grains, and supplied milled flour to Tall Grass Prairie, and ran the Green Bluff Mills Cafe & Bakery beside Lady of the Lake. He also runs a small family farm by Strathclair. So I am pleased he can make time early each week to help provide fresh healthy bread for you. Good morning! Letting you know that we are making cinnamon buns every morning we are open, and currently have a limit of 2 per household so as many have a chance to have a taste Generally we also have cheese, and raisin scones daily with a variety of muffins, and do our best to have some buns or bread by the afternoons. It took alot of courage and perseverence to get this far with our bakery vision, during a pandemic, and alot of help from our contractors, tradespeople and landlord.
