WE ARE OPEN AND HERE TO HELP! This Tuesday, March 17th, the Ontario government is ordering all non-essential businesses to close their doors. Fortunately for us... we service many "Essential Service Customers" that allow us to keep our doors open to help all First Responders and all those working to help us through this difficult time. During this crisis caused by the pandemic, we want everyone to know that Eric's Automotive is taking the necessary precautions to make sure that our facility is properly sanitized after every customers visit. As you all know, every vehicle that comes through our facility gets an interior and exterior clean with every service......we are still doing that and making sure the vehicle is sanitized before returning the vehicle to our customers. Your safety is our first priority! For those who are unable or reluctant to leave their home or work, we are offering FREE vehicle pick up and delivery to all our customers. Here is Bridle's General store in Freelton on Highway 6 in Freelton, to the left is the Bank of Toronto. Both buildings stand today, though no longer are they o...n Highway, the road is now called Freelton Road. Nice 34 Chev out front also. The bank building is now a private home and appears virtually unchanged. There have been minor changes to Bridle's General Store, also a private residence by appearances today. Sadly the building has lost its gingerbread under the eaves. Wish we had the flanged Frost Fence advertising on the right hand post. The picture was taken on Dencember 16th, 1950.
