I’ve heard a lot of brown food bashing in my time, but actually brown food is often full of fibre, protein,minerals and healthy fats. Just look at this delicious bowl!! . . My oat recipe is super simple. 1/2 cup oats 1 cup water Pinch cinnamon and salt Today I also added a tsp of chia seeds . . I topped my bowl off with coconut flakes, dark chocolate chips, sliced almonds, banana and nut and seed butter. Woweeeee! . . So, next time someone says don’t eat brown food remember this big bowl of beautiful nutrition, and dig right in." See more
