I was proud to stand up in the Legislature on Thursday representing the constituents of Saskatoon Nutana and give my reply to the government’s budget. This budget is not a budget that will chart a course through this pandemic, the government has failed at the opportunity to do so.

Today, I was back in the legislature repeating the call for a Green Jobs Plan for Saskatchewan. Scott Moe’s plan isn’t working. Our emissions keep going up, we’re losing jobs and losing people. 23,000 more people are out of work than last year, and he turns up his nose at new industries for ideological reasons. He killed the solar industry, and has blown off opportunities to lead in geothermal and biofuels. It’s time to chart a better course, one that takes climate change ...seriously, creates good, sustainable jobs and makes Saskatchewan a progressive leader with an economy that puts people first. I’ll be back in the legislature again tomorrow to continue demanding this Sask. Party government takes action on a green jobs plan for Saskatchewan now!

As predicted, Covid-19 cases in SK are on the rise in this post-holiday season. My thoughts and prayers are with those who have been personally affected, or who are on the frontlines offering healthcare and essential services. Please everyone, it's been a long haul but I encourage you to continue to be vigilant in following the health directives: wash your hands, wear a mask, and stay home when you can.

A sad day in US political history. I mourn for the people of America. It's been a day filled with disorder and chaos because of Trump's false allegations and incitements. No one is surprised that it has come to this, given the past five years of escalating insanity. January 20th can't come soon enough. Please stop the madness. #TrumpFatigue

The majority of SK people have been following the health directives and stayed home over the holidays to keep one another safe. But Joe decided he should be the exception. Newsflash: MLAs don't get a pass; we are held to a higher standard and are expected to model exemplary conduct. Hargrave must #resign. Full stop. #stayhome
