While we don't exactly know what the school year ahead looks like, it's still a good idea to plan ahead for #StayHome or at-school snacks for the kidsand, grab...-and-go protein bars for the adults! We love these ideas from Good Food. Great Life with Denise Workout Bars 2 cups oats 1/2 scoop Epicures Vanilla Optimum Vegan Protein Blend cup Epicure Cocoa Crunch Whole Food Sprinkles 2 tbsp of Epicure Chocolate Truffle 1/2 cup chia seeds 1/2 cup sunflower seed butter 1/4 cup honey 2 tbsp butter or coconut oil Instructions 1. In a blender, pulse 1 1/2 cup of oats until flour-like consistency. In a large bowl combine oat flour, remaining 1/2 cup oats, protein powder, Epicure Chocolate Truffle and chia seeds 2. In a medium bowl, combine sunflower seed butter, honey, and butter. Microwave until melted. Mix well. 3. Combine both bowls and Mix - best to use hands with gloves. 4. Press into Epicures Perfect Petite Pan 5. Place in fridge until set Empty Cupboard Granola Bars 2 1/2 cups oats 1/2 cups honey 2 tbsp brown sugar 1 tbsp butter 1 tbsp coconut oil 2 tbsp Epicure Cocoa Crunch Whole Food Sprinkles 1 cup "TOTAL" add-ins: (chopped nuts, dried fruit, chocolate chips, crushed pretzels, cereal, coconut flakes) Instructions 1. Toast the oats for about 4-6 minutes in the Epicure Perfect Pan or until golden brown 2. In a medium bowl add honey, sugar, butter, oil and heat in the microwave for 1 minute or until bubbling 3. Mix all ingredients together and then once well-mixed place in Epicures Perfect Petite Pan and freezer or refrigerate until set
