We had a very special lady join Dr. Lauzier yesterday: TESSY! What a beautiful 12 week old pup who was nothing but fabulous and charming with everyone she cuddled. There's no doubt her charm and grace will only be greater as she grows <3

Miss Oreo graced us with her presence with an exam and vaccination appointment. This urban jungle hunter was not too impressed after getting her ears cleaned, but was still sweet and cuddly not long after <3

We get reduced shipments from our supplier over the holidays, and carry limited stock if your pet is on a special diet. If you select the items to be delivered to Erin Ridge vet Centre, we will contact you once it arrives. You will have to register initially and Erin Ridge Vet Centre will receive an email requesting confirmation that you are a client. Once we have confirmed that, you will then receive an activation email and be all set to place an order. The entire process takes less than 24 hours. We wanted to give our clients a heads up that some compounded medication orders are taking longer to arrive than usual, and it’s best to order soon if you’ll need a refill prior to January! Both Kelly and Laura had birthdays yesterday, so we started our week off celebrating with cake!

Dear valued clients, We know everyone is tired of hearing about the COVID 19 pandemic these days, and the associated numbers, risks and restrictions we are too. However we would like to take this moment to state that we do take this situation seriously, and strictly follow the guidelines that are in place. As many of you know, we have been operating under curbside protocols since March, and unfortunately, this will continue for the foreseeable future.... Your pets’ well being remains our priority, but we are taking steps to ensure the health and safety of the humans in our facility as well. Please understand that we are as frustrated as you are with these changes to our operations. However, we do have immunocompromised team members on site, and our focus is on keeping both our staff and clients safe, in order to keep our doors open to be here for you and provide your pets with the care they require. We know it is hard to remain in your vehicle, or outside the building while we take your pets inside with us. Rest assured, our teams have been working extremely hard to maintain our standard of care and communication. We are doing our best to be able to see your pets as soon as possible, based on priority of medical care required. We appreciate that our call volume has been extremely high, and despite adding extra phone lines, it can be difficult for you to get through. If you are unable to reach us by phone, and you are at the clinic, please don’t leave a message these are checked throughout the day, but your message may not reach us in a timely manner. Keep trying until you speak with someone, or come up and knock on the window if necessary. We will be with you as soon as we can! If you are here and have an emergency, please do not wait, just knock on the door, so we can triage and provide care to your pet as appropriate. Our staff is a group of extremely dedicated people who spend their days making sure your pets receive the best care possible, and that they are feeling safe and secure we will and do treat your pets like they are our own. Your patience and understanding is very appreciated as we continue to work through these extraordinary times. <3
