"More than 1 in 10 Canadian women have stalked in a way that has made them fear for their life". Every year in Canada, there are 40 000 arrests due to domestic violence against women. The scary part is, they estimate that 88% of cases go unreported. While crime rates in general are going down, violence against women continues to climb. Changes must be made and Maddie Laberge is standing up in the wake of tragedy to fight.

The summer has been a quiet one for me, as I needed to gain traction before I could gather momentum. I am so excited to announce that I will be working alongside one of my mentors and will be starting to open my schedule at Core Wellness very soon!
