In case anyone has insurance benefits they would like to use before the end of the year I do have some availability this week. Please reach out if you have any questions about my services. I look forward to a hopeful 2021 and an opportunity to support you all in new and exciting ways!

Gosh August flew by didn't it? I can't believe that we are coming into the last quarter of the year! Many extended health companies cover nutrition sessions with a dietitian and run out in December. My schedule tends to fill a bit more quickly in the last few months of the year so I thought I would put out a gentle reminder. In case you were wondering, a few common areas I support folks through include pregnancy, menopause, PCOS, endometriosis, diabetes, high cholesterol, ...kidney issues, IBS and food intolerances, general family nutrition, etc. If you have any questions about my services or are having trouble booking an appointment, please do let me know.

It’s absolutely normal to see changes in our digestive health when we are experiencing stress. Trying to incorporate fruits and vegetables when you are able can benefit gut health greatly. Hot tip - different coloured fruit & veg carry different phytonutrients (phyto=plant). Don’t forget to taste the rainbow! Asian Chicken Salad from Minimalist Baker substituting tofu for chicken and cashews for almonds.
