April has officially started...and an April Birthday Card has already left the Crafting Corner. This special card is for a very special person...that appreciates art, colour and flowers! I love making a specific card for a specific person, and this card is one such project! Thinking about their favourite colours and their interests is always a great place to start when making a card for a special person in your life AND...a little Wink of Stella Glimmer can make anybody smile!

This little box and pin arrived in the mail yesterday! My own crafting adventure has become a life of its own that I never expected. I didn't set out to run a small business, let alone reach milestones that were recongized by the company I chose to purchase craft supplies through. This pin is a gift for advancing through the Demonstrator Levels with Stampin' Up! - I am now considered a Silver Demonstrator. Through this adventure I have met wonderful gals that have become fr...iends, I have had the wonderful priviledge of reconnecting with friends from my childhood/youth, and found a bond with a number of family members that like to paper craft as well! To be recognized for something that I love doing, and that has brought me so much joy feels silly. Thank you to ALL OF YOU that have crafted with me, bought cards from my business, ordered craft supplies through me, and attended the events I have hosted to date! You bring me so much joy and I truly love spending time with all of you - not just teaching you different techniques and ideas, but learning from you as well! These cute little Easter Treat Boxes have left the Crafting Corner!! Destination?? Two awesome nephews This Cardstock & DSP box is one of my favourite projects to make. After this photo was taken, the boxes were finished with personalized name tags that matched the DSP. Embellishments were a mixture of coloured sequins (not girly) to match the cardstock used to make the box. These little boxes hold quite a few Lindor Mini Chocolate Easter Eggs!!

So excited to send this March Door Prize out to Stephanie MacDougal today Stephanie is receiving a package of our Sponge Daubers, a magnetic sheet to secure her Dies, and a little appreciation gift bag created out of her favourite colour...that may, or may not, be filled with a few little sweet treats! Thanks again Stephanie for participating in our March Event Happy Crafting and I can't wait to see what you make using your sponge daubers!
