A special thanks to the residents in Greenbury and Prescott who brought to my attention that our local moose are out and about on Pioneer Road. We want to keep residents and our wildlife safe so some action was needed. Last night I emailed our CAO with the concern and by early afternoon, two signs were already up both north and south warning motorists to watch for wildlife! Thank you everyone who was involved and the cooperation it took to act so quickly. ... And keep your eyes peeled for moose and other wildlife when taking Pioneer Road.
